Mr. Ekram Shaikh, Founder & Director of ERS Constructions, is a seasoned fireproofing professional with more than 20 years of extensive experience in the fireproofing industry.
Over the course of his career, he has gained comprehensive hands-on experience across various types of fireproofing systems and applications, and has been involved in the successful execution of numerous major industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and construction projects.
With more than two decades of field experience, he has developed strong capabilities in project planning, execution, technical coordination, quality control, site management, client coordination, and overall project delivery.
As Founder & Director, he is committed to building a professionally managed organisation that delivers reliable, technically sound and high-quality fireproofing solutions to clients across India and international markets.

Mr. Nagendra Kumar is a key member of the Management & Core Team at ERS Constructions, bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in the fireproofing industry.
With extensive hands-on experience in major fireproofing projects, he has played an important role in ensuring that projects are executed with a strong focus on quality, safety, technical compliance, workmanship and timely completion. He is closely involved in project planning, execution monitoring, quality control, site coordination, technical support and client interactions.
